Alka Tiwari is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Kolkata with more than 2 decades of corporate experience in HR & Training. Having worked with several organizations in the corporate sector, she now runs Talent Rewired, her own practice in Training, People Development and HR initiatives.
An experienced Trainer, Alka has facilitated a wide range of highly effective Leadership / Behavioural / Sales workshops across a broad spectrum of industries globally. She also takes up HR Consultancy assignments.
Alka is a recipient of the Women in Leadership award in 2012 and the Women's Achiever Award in 2013 conferred by the World HRD Congress. She is also a certified practitioner for psychometric tools such as MBTI and FIRO B.
Prior to setting up her own practice, Alka was the Executive Vice President and Global HR Head of 3i Infotech Ltd. where she worked for more than a decade. Alka's gamut of experience within HR spans across Employee Engagement and Communication, Organizational Development & Training, Strategic Resourcing and Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, etc. Earlier, she had been a facilitator with several reputed Soft Skills & Sales training organizations.
